1. Introduction

Welcome to the SentientSky Community. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our community website, platform, courses, forums, VIP downloads, premium blog articles, membership services and related features (collectively, the “Services”). By registering for an account, subscribing to a membership, or otherwise using the Services you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Services offered

We provide a combination of free and paid community features including: educational courses, discussion forums, downloadable VIP resources, premium articles, membership tiers and subscription billing.

4. Accounts and membership

1. Account registration. You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity on your account.
2. Memberships. Some Services require payment and are provided on a subscription or one-time purchase basis. Membership benefits, tiers, price points and access rules are as published on the Site. Subscription billing and management may be handled by third-party payment processors (for example Stripe) as described at checkout.
3. Eligibility. You must be at least 16 years old to register unless a higher minimum is stated at the point of sale. If you are under the applicable age, you must not create an account or use the Services.
4. Account suspension. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, or for operational, security or legal reasons (see Section 11).

5. Payment, refunds and charges

1. Payment timing. Paid memberships and purchases are charged at purchase or at the start of each subscription period, and renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
2. Billing and processors. We use third-party payment processors to accept and manage payments. By making a purchase you agree to the payment processor’s terms as well as ours. Our integration and webhook approach follows standard idempotent handling to avoid double provisioning.
3. Taxes and fees. Subscription prices do not necessarily include taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction unless stated otherwise.
4. Refunds. Refund policies vary by product and are described at the point of sale. In general, for subscriptions we do not offer pro rata refunds for partial periods after access has been granted unless otherwise stated in the product terms. 5. Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback you may be suspended pending resolution. Repeated chargebacks may result in termination and recovery of costs.

6. User conduct and content rules

When using the Services you must comply with our Community Rules and acceptable use policies, including but not limited to:

• Be respectful and civil to other members.
• Do not post personal contact details (email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses) or other sensitive personal information in public areas of the community. Posting such data may lead to removal of content and account restriction. (See also our privacy policy.)
• Do not upload or share content you do not own or have permission to publish — respect copyright, licensing and confidentiality obligations.
• No spam, phishing, promotional dumping or systematic self-promotion in spaces where it is prohibited.
• Do not attempt to access or interfere with the accounts or content of other users.

These rules are implemented by moderators and by automated tools. Persistent or serious violations may lead to suspension or termination of your account.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the platform that is provided by SentientSky (site design, software, articles, course content, logos and trademarks) is our property or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from our proprietary content unless we give explicit permission.

If you submit content to the community (posts, comments, uploads), you retain ownership of your contributions but you grant SentientSky a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable licence to host, reproduce, distribute, and display that content as part of the Services. Do not post content you cannot license in this way.

8. Moderation, takedown and content removal

We reserve the right to remove or edit content, restrict access to features or suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if content or behaviour violates these Terms or applicable law. We may also retain copies of content where necessary for legal or operational purposes.

9. Privacy

We collect and process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that data. By using the Services you accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.

10. Third-party links and integrations

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, platforms and tools (for example payment gateways, cloud storage, or analytics). We are not responsible for the content, availability, practices or privacy policies of third parties. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and according to the third party’s terms.

11. Termination and suspension

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Services at any time where we have reasonable grounds to do so (including suspected fraud, abuse, non-payment, or to comply with law). We will usually attempt to notify you in advance for non-emergency actions, but we may take immediate action where required for security or legal reasons. After termination, you will lose access to paid content unless otherwise specified in our retention policy.

12. Disclaimers and warranties

No professional advice or guarantees. The content on the Services (including courses and articles) is for general information and educational purposes only and should not be relied on as professional advice. We do not guarantee specific results from following any content, training or recommendations offered on the platform.

No warranties. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, SentientSky disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of liability

Important — extent of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SentientSky, its directors, officers, employees, agents and suppliers shall not be liable for any loss (including direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive loss), damage, costs or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or the inability to use the Services.

This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, loss of or damage to reputation, and any indirect or consequential loss arising from:

• use, or inability to use, the Services;
• reliance on any content or advice on the Services;
• errors, omissions, interruptions, or defects in the Services;
• unauthorised access to or alteration of your data; or
• any other matter relating to the Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SentientSky and its affiliates from any claim, demand, liability, loss, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your use of the Services, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

15. Intellectual property complaints (copyright)

If you believe content on the Services infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at info@sentientsky.com with a detailed notice. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and our internal policies.

16. Changes to the Terms and the Services

We may update or change these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will provide reasonable notice (for example by email or prominent notice on the Site). Continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

18. Miscellaneous

• Severability. If any clause in these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in full force and effect.
• No waiver. Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of future enforcement rights.
• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with any policies referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and SentientSky regarding the Services.

19. Acknowledgement

By using the Services you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
